Blackburn provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship at Blackburn's discretion. This warranty does not cover changes made to the product post-purchase, damage from normal wear, or damage from improper or unreasonable use. A valid proof of purchase from an authorized Blackburn dealer is required to validate the warranty; without it, the warranty is null and void. For inquiries regarding the legitimacy of your purchase from an authorized retailer, contact Blackburn's customer service at email: [email protected]
Blackburn is not responsible for any physical, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from misuse or wear of the product, and such cases will not be covered under the warranty. Blackburn does not provide warranty coverage for lost or stolen frames, nor does it cover scratched or cracked lenses. If you believe that your scratched or cracked lenses warrant coverage, please complete the form provided below. To prevent further lens damage, always store your frames in a protective case.
Blackburn does not offer replacement parts for frames, such as temples, lenses, or hinges. If you believe a missing part should be covered under the warranty, please fill out the provided form.
